        Unblock my mobikwik card

        My MobiKwik debt card is not working. Show the massage card is blocked by zaakpay. Why showing this type of massage. . Some is working and some time the same is not working properly please solve the problem is blocked by you my MobiKwik debt card.
        Please solve my problem as soon as possible quickly I have money in my MobiKwik wallet to purchase something

                I paid my bill through mobikwik app with my debit card but due to slow network money deducted from my debit card & transaction not shows in mobikwik. I have transaction receipt of bank. I contact electricity company, they told money didn’t received. Please help me.

                  I have cancelled a ticket whose pnr is [protected] on 11.11.2020. IRCTC say amount refunded to zaakpay but still amount not credited in my account. Kindy refund the money at the earliest.

                                  I paid my electricity bill through mobikwik on 4 Nov 2020 but during payment it shows transaction is invalid and money got deducted from my account and bill is not paid. Also the money is not refunded till now . So I request you to please refund the amount as soon as possible.
