Card Unblock Issue

Address:Noida sec 62

When We will make Our transaction then their was showing Transaction Faild because this card has been blocked by zaakpay .
So i want to unblock mt card...

Address:3-145,near panchayati office, DASArivari gudem road,KALAPARRU.

My MobiKwik debt card is not working. Show the massage card is blocked by zaakpay. Why showing this type of massage. . Some is working and some time the same is not working properly please solve the problem is blocked by you my MobiKwik debt card.
