Sir,
With reference to above credit card, i (Mahesh kumar kejriwal) would like to inform you that a railway ticket pnr no. [protected] consist of 4 numbers of passengers ticket booked for travelling on 10th october 2019 from jaipur to howrah by train no. 12308 jodhpur-howrah superfast express. A sum of rs. 5278.52 (Including rs.5216.96 towards cost of ticket and rs.61.96 other charges) and was paid through above credit card vide transaction-id-[protected]

The aforesaid ticket of pnr no. [protected] cancelled by two separate transactions nos. As follows;
1. Cancellation id no. [protected] of 18th june 2019 towards cancellation of ticket of 3 numbers of persons. Refundable amount was rs. 4145/-

2. Cancellation id no. [protected] of 18th june 2019 towards cancellation of ticket of 1 number of people. Refundable amount was rs. 810/-

I regret to inform you that a rs.810/- twice refunded to credit card account on[protected] and not yet credit given for rs. 4145.00.

I would like to inform you that i follow up with the irctc for refund of aforesaid amount by various e-mails starting from 2nd july 2019, and in reply by irctc, communicated me that the advice already sent to the concerned bank on[protected]. I am giving below the detail of the reply received from irctc with settlement number for your perusal.

I had booked the ticket TO IRCTC on 5th October from Delhi to Ranchi.. (my transaction no..[protected])my money has been deducted, but my ticket is not booked.my money has not been returned yet, please send my money back.(as soon as possible) thanks.

    My account is protected but zaak e payments have been debited amount from my account and I didn't receive any message or mail regarding this..
    Dear Team i have pay the loan fort repayment on your zaakpay gateway and payment will be deducted on my account but other end payment not received or failed to payment on your zaakpay end.so please solve my quay or problem and total amount is 7114.98/-

        My account it got deducted 132.12 rs but order is not complete .. I don’t know where the money went... I had to reorder the same food and paid another 210 rs... I don’t have any proof in uber eats app about the money deduction but I got my message from bank saying

              I tried placing an order on uber eat worth rupees 85. I have entered my sbi debit card details otp and cvv and the transaction was successful. However the amount that got deducted was rupees 105 at zaak epayment services. The order that i had placed why uber eats was never successful but payment got deducted of a higher value. This seems to be definitely be a fraud transaction i want to dispute this. And i want my money back.

              I have paid my emi for loan front app through mobikwik, they deducted 9143.98rupees amount from my account, but it was not transferd to loan front, I have called to loan front customer care, they are saying that from mobikwik has problem, resolve my issue

                          I ordered food on uber eats for ₹70. It asked me to put the cvv no and then finally the otp to carry forward with the transaction. After i put the otp and confirmed for my food a total of ₹399.98 was deducted from my account. I want this request to be processed as soon as possible with proper explanations as well as refund of my amount soon. The order was not placed in uber eats as well.

                            A person named rahul tripathy had called from the number : +91 [protected] for refunding my money which i had lost during uts transaction. He asked for my card details and transferred 730 rupees (I don't know why). He told the total money will be given back. But why did he ask card details?
                            I got my total uts payment transaction money refunded. But the 730 rupees is still gone.
                            Please help!

                                        Iam taken loan from loan front .iam.paid 9143.98 rupees on 25 august 2019 morning 6.50 am through mobikwik through my syndicate bank net banking. But the gate way is shows awaited.almost 18 days completed but not amount transfer to loan front account.they will charge me over due penalty charges. Iam called to ccavenue customer service those people told me ur payment successfully completed through zaakpay. What can I do .ur customer service numbers are also not connected. Please solve my problem as early as possible
