Hi,
I haven't got the refund amounts for two tickets the transaction date was 25th May 2022 I have raised a complaint many times but no answer.
After complaining via twitter i got to know that IRCTC had already instructed Zaakpay for Refund but the same hasn't been processed yet from payment gateway, Its already a month passed still waiting for answer
Hope so this will solve the issue.
