My zip card blacked please solve

My MobiKwik debt card is not working. Show the massage card is blocked by zaakpay. Why showing this type of massage. . Some is working and some time the same is not working properly please solve the problem is blocked by you my MobiKwik debt card.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible quickly I have money in my MobiKwik wallet to purchase something

Hi,
I haven't got the refund amounts for two tickets the transaction date was 25th May 2022 I have raised a complaint many times but no answer.

After complaining via twitter i got to know that IRCTC had already instructed Zaakpay for Refund but the same hasn't been processed yet from payment gateway, Its already a month passed still waiting for answer

Hope so this will solve the issue.

I have done cancellation of Train Ticket on 31st May 2022 and refund has not credit as on date. IRCTC Customer Care team says that credit instructions have given to payment gateway i.e. ZAAKPAY.

Actually I booked a train on 22/05/2022 through IRCTC Zaakpay payment gateway journey date 26.05.2022 from Shornur (SRR) to Kalyan (KYN) on LTT Garibh Rath train Class 3 AC on that time W/L seats are available and booked. unfortunately an amount of Rs2327.20 has been deducted from my account and I could not received any kind of notification like booked ticket screen or text message on my mobile or eticket to my registered mail. Also I didn't received any information from IRCTC and Zaakpayment regarding that transaction was unsuccessful. Repeat of my mail I received aninformation from IRCTC stating that TXN [protected] was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. I checked with my Bank Axis Bank Limited Ottapalam Brach they said the amount is successfully credited to Zaakpay. So request you to please check from your end immediately and make a refund as early as possible.

I tried to book a tatkal ticket on May 21st 2022 for May 22nd 2022 using the Zaakpay payment gateway. The ticket did not get booked and an amount of Rs 6027.20 was deducted from my netbanking in the name of ZAAKINDIANRAILWAY. I have still not received the refund for the failed ticket since it has been close to 10 days. Requesting to help me get back my refund as i have not been able to contact them neither have i received any response from them
