Please find below the failed two transaction till not received payment.

we check both side IRCTC and my bank they said payment is successfully to ZaakE payment and IRCTC still payment is not received so please we request you please resolve the my matter urgently...

I have cancelled a ticket booked zaakpay gateway on IRCTC.
The refund has been processed by irctc
But I didn't receive the refund in my bank account by zaakpay.
Its been four days already
Why zaakpay is holding my money.
I want my refund as soon as possible.

When I was going for transaction from American express credit card through mobikwik wallet. It always shows that the card is blocked by zaakpay. let me know the reason...

I have booked two train tickets using Zaakpay in IRCTC. Later I cancelled both of them but I have not received refund even after 13 days even though the refund status is shown as credited in bank with reference ID. The amount is not reflected in my account at all.
