I tried booking IRCTC ticket via zaakpay but transaction git declined and amount was deducted from my account.

I also talked to IRCTC customer care they replied they has return same amount to zaakpay.

Now zaakpay Is not giving Refund amount or delaying purposely or not IDK.

    I was trying to book the tickets from IRCTC but it was not booked but amount has been debited from my credit card on 7th May 2022. IRCTC has initiated the refund and it was with zaakpay to refund it into my credit card, but still not received.
    Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I did 2 transaction on 1st of may by mobikiwik to zaakpay. Payment deducted from my account and it was not successful. I have contacted many time to mobikiwik team but no sufficient solution receive from the team they always saying please wait
      Its totally fraud

        American express credit card through mobikwik wallet. It always shows that the card is blocked by zaakpay. let me know the reason...

          I transfer failure but debited from my amount 5 time same problem total amount 5200 he said 7 to 10 days refund told but 15 day's completed no response

            I booked irctc ticket on 20 Apr 2022

            My amount is deducted from ICICI Bank 3210.40 and Rs 99 service charge but my ticket is not booked

            And till date i didn't receive the refund yet

                Actually I book a solapur express train on 05/05/2022 on tatkal through zaakpay payment gateway.on that time seats are not available but rs 1839, .has been dedected from my account not Refund my account

                    I have cancelled a ticket booked zaakpay gateway on IRCTC.
                    The refund has been processed by irctc
                    But I didn't receive the refund in my bank account by zaakpay.
                    Its been four days already
                    Why zaakpay is holding my money.
                    I want my refund as soon as possible.
