My IRCTC refund of Rs 5950 is still not credited to my bank account.

There were 2 refunds against this PNR
One of Rs 8925 which has been credited and other one of Rs 5950 which is still not credited to my bank account....

I had cancell my tkt Which refer Id is Zp5c12da7d346f7 the refond amount is 745 please look it to this thank u...

I have booked my train ticket from Lucknow to Kalyan from IRCTC for 23rd May 2021 through Zaakpay gateway. I cancelled my ticket on 22nd April 2021 Transaction Id [protected] but I have not received my refund in my ICICI Bank account.
My cancellation refund id is [protected] and refund amount is Rs. 4260/=
Please help me in getting my refund back in my account....

My IRCTC ticket not booked but amount of RS; 1167.69/- was deducted 07248 (NS FESTVIL SPL) on 15/04/2021.
However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used ZAAKPAY wallet to pay and payment was successful only but ticket not booked .

My payzaap card is blocked unable to do any online transactions. The virtual payzaap debit card that i have is having issue with paying money to other apps. I am able to sned the money to the bank account but not load the money in any wallet or unable to do any transactions
