I have made an payment of rs 74.62 through my debit card against my uber ride on 11 march 2019. My t. I. D. Is othpg[protected]. The amount has been deducted from my account, but till date neighter it is being credited to uber not refunded back to my account. I dont know why zaak epayment dont credit the payment to the customer on time. So pls sort out the issue asap.

Updated by Sandeep15goyal My complaint is still pending and i didnt receive my amount back in my account nor credited to uber. Pls provide proper resolution.

Till now, have made several updates. Today is 29 th March. Already 35 days have elapsed in the meantime. God only knows when it is completely resolved...
