I placed an order on zaavio.com of Posture Corrector through Cash on Delivery. They confirmed the Order on email on 7th April 2021 (through Zaavio.® [protected]@zaavio.com via shopifyemail.com) stating-

Hi Avishek, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent."
I received the order on 13th June 2021 but the product I got is not the one I have ordered for. Also, the colour is something which is for women.
I tried to find contact details on their website but strangely they mentioned no phone number, no address, no email id but only [protected]@zaavio.com.
I mailed on this Id for the return of the product and refund but did not receive any response.
I have tried to search for their contact details on various platforms but they provide none.
The item they sent is of no use to me. I expect its return and refund of the amount I paid. Was this information helpful? |
