I received worng product from zaavio.com.. They provide us wrong pictures and send very bad products.. I ordered bags pack of 6 with steal frame 999 rupees.. But they send polythene bags which was not more than 100 rupees. I send them msg on their official website but they didn't respond.. They are fraud.. I seen them on insta ad.. I want my money back.. Plzz ban them from insta or other sites.. They are fraud and cheated on many people.

Sir I had bought shoes from zaavio.com, so they delivered duplicate shoes. Then I called their customer care then they said we will put you payment, for this you should have phone pay or google pay. From which your payment will come in it. Then they sent an otp to my number, after that a link came and said, fill this link and send it back Then I sent that link back, then they filled out a form from me. The name of that form was form.app . I put my bank details in it and upi pin as well.
Then he said that your payment will come in a while. But the payment did not come. Then I called and said that I am not going in this, try it from my account. Then I did that too. But they could not get the payment because there was no itta payment in it.
Now tell me what should I do.

Ordered a anti glare shield for cars on zaavio paid through upi was told they will not be able to deliver it and will refund the money but they have suspicious ways for refunding
Initially I was asked for a verification code later they asked me to forward some info to a number they would forward
When I asked why refund process is so complicated and asked him to refund it like how Amazon or flipkart does the caller unable to convince me on the process declined to refund.

I ordered steel toe shoes from zaavio for work, I ordered for uk 7 but instead got uk 6 and without the steel toe and very poor quality. Now they are not responding to the emails and their contact number is not available. No refund or replacement, nothing is available.

I ordered a safety shoes with a steel protection on top of the shoes but I get a very cheap shoes that is of no use, without steel protection, in simple words, this company is a fraud.

I tried to return the shoes but they don't have costomer service numbers on their website. They have provided a mail address and mentioned that we have to send mail to this ID for return and refund, I tried many times but there is no response till date. I'm sure I'm not the first one who have being cheated by them. This kind of fraud company should be punished.

I received the order on 2nd july 2021 but the shoes do not have Premium steel toe guard (without which the safety shoes have no purpose).

I tried to find contact details on their website but strangely they mentioned no phone number, no address, no email id but only [protected]@zaavio.com.

I mailed on this Id for the return of the product and refund but did not receive any response.

I have tried to search for their contact details on various platforms but they provide none.

The item they sent is of no use to me. I expect its return and refund of the amount I paid
