Sent cheap quality and not the product I ordered

I ordered a safety shoes with a steel protection on top of the shoes but I get a very cheap shoes that is of no use, without steel protection, in simple words, this company is a fraud.
I tried to return the shoes but they don't have costomer service numbers on their website. They have provided a mail address and mentioned that we have to send mail to this ID for return and refund, I tried many times but there is no response till date. I'm sure I'm not the first one who have being cheated by them. This kind of fraud company should be punished.

Safety shoe quality duplicate /not reply mail for refund

I received the order on 2nd july 2021 but the shoes do not have Premium steel toe guard (without which the safety shoes have no purpose).
Order dispatched: Your order of Elegant Black M... placed on Hourglassify Com's is shipped through Delhivery courier partner.
1820 is your delivery code for Zaavio® (Elegant Black Mesh So) package (AWB[protected]. Share with delivery agent only. Pay via UPI/Cards. - DELHIVERY
I tried to find contact details on their website but strangely they mentioned no phone number, no address, no email id but only [protected]@zaavio.com.
I mailed on this Id for the return of the product and refund but did not receive any response.
I have tried to search for their contact details on various platforms but they provide none.
The item they sent is of no use to me. I expect its return and refund of the amount I paid
