I ordered a safety shoes with a steel protection on top of the shoes but I get a very cheap shoes that is of no use, without steel protection, in simple words, this company is a fraud.

I tried to return the shoes but they don't have costomer service numbers on their website. They have provided a mail address and mentioned that we have to send mail to this ID for return and refund, I tried many times but there is no response...

I received the order on 2nd july 2021 but the shoes do not have Premium steel toe guard (without which the safety shoes have no purpose).

I tried to find contact details on their website but strangely they mentioned no phone number, no address, no email id but only [protected]@zaavio.com.

I mailed on this Id for the return of the product and refund but did not receive any response.

I have tried to search for their contact details on various platforms but they provide none.

The item they sent is of no use to me. I expect its return and refund of the amount I paid

I placed an order on zaavio.com of Posture Corrector through Cash on Delivery. They confirmed the Order on email on 7th April 2021 (through Zaavio.® [protected]@zaavio.com via shopifyemail.com) stating-

I received the order on 13th June 2021 but the product I got...
