Zaavio — Unethical behaviour - no return/ refund

I placed an order on zaavio.com of safety shoes - Neotough™ Air UK10 through Cash on Delivery. They confirmed the Order on email on 7th April 2021 (through Zaavio.® [protected]@zaavio.com via shopifyemail.com) stating-
"ORDER 68067
Thank you for your purchase!
Hi Sunny, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent."

I received the order on 10th April 2021 but the shoes do not have Premium steel toe guard (without which the safety shoes have no purpose).

I tried to find contact details on their website but strangely they mentioned no phone number, no address, no email id but only [protected]@zaavio.com.

I mailed on this Id for the return of the product and refund but did not receive any response.

I have tried to search for their contact details on various platforms but they provide none.

The item they sent is of no use to me. I expect its return and refund of the amount I paid.
