Fishy company. No customer care number. And inefficient people.
I have placed orders for mobile covers, but by mistake the model no. was selected was wrong. That's why I asked them to replace my order for the correct model no. After a lot of email exchanges and videos and pictures sent, they are saying that they cannot replace the wrong item. What kind of company does that? Every company is bound to replace the item. And I am not asking for a refund, I am asking to replace the order with the correct model. And I have read their terms and conditions nowhere it was written that customers orders cannot be replaced.
