I placed a prepaid order for two mobile covers on 19th April, 2022. On 21st April I got a tracking id for my order. But for the past three days it was showing that the seller initiated delay. Hence on 23rd April I mailed the company regarding the same and they assured to ship it within next 24 hours. When I tracked the tracking id immediately, it showed that the seller has cancelled your order. I again mailed them regarding the same and asked for a refund but they assured that the order was not cancelled and there were some technical issues with shipping, because of which it will be shipped with another tracking id. Today, on 26th as I have not received any update, hence I mailed them once again and they said that they are yet to despatch and asked to track after 4 hours, but no updates yet. It has been 8 days but no satisfactory response has been provided even no promises has been fulfilled.
Either I want the product or the refund at the earliest.

I have ordered mobile accessories on 16 apr 2022. Order no 4970130 but till now I didn’t get any update of delivery. And not even able to track my order. And Zapvi is not reverting back to my mails and the contact no is permanently switched off .
I want to cancel my order and refund.

I bought 6 cases through this company with order id: 4690079 on 9th March, at first I had no clue when the product will be delivered, but they provided the details 4 days later. I got the cases on the 17th and when I tried the covers, not a single one fitted with the phone, every single case is loose.
I tried contacting the company through mails for the exchange or refund but no reply from them. they didn't have a help desk too so that I can communicate with them. I am still on my words that if they helped resolve my issue. I will change my complaints and have a good review of the company.

I ordered two phone cases, two grips and a tempered glass for my Google Pixel 4a. Received the courier way past the expected delivery date only to find out that there is no cases inside the box. I received two grips which is in poor quality and a fake tempered glass which can't be even called a tempered glass, more like a sticker which was cut down in the shape of my phone with a scissor. I immediately contacted (emailed) them through the [protected]@zapvi.in, which I got a response to send them an unboxing video of the courier. And I did send them the video. They told the replacement team is working on it and I'll get a replacement within 4-5 days. After that there was no update about it. So today (16/03/2022) I mailed them to give an update about the replacement issue, in which they send back a fake refund screenshot. I've checked my bank statements and no refund was made. They are clearly ripping off so many people with this. This should be prevented and the people behind this should be arrested for fraud. Even after all these complaints here, they are still cheating people. This should be stopped.

I order from the zapvi website i choose customized cover which i want i spend time and create alignment of the cover but when i revived product its not same which i order we discuss via mail but they said sorry we cant help

my only concern what is the us of my time, efforts to do customized cover & there website change alignment

I ordered a phone back cover 9 days back but no one contacted me regarding order nor i'm able to access any of my order details.. When I'm trying to track it's displaying only one message that j will get a call in 24 - 72 hrs since 3 days

I have ordered 5 days ago and the website promises that we will recieve tracking details within 4 days. There has been no sign of any update from the website and they don't even give any proper ways of knowing that if there have been any issues with my order. Please provide me any assistance in the regards.

I have ordered a phone back cover one mail & msg i received it was confirmation of my order. After this i didn, t get any msg about my order i want refund my money

I ordered 3 mobile cases costs 300 on january 10th from zapvi..At the time of booking it shown that it will be delivered in 1 week but still now its not shipped .The courier partner of zapvi website "delhivery" in their tracking page it is showing that waiting for pickup and shipment not received from client still today .Tiday date is jan 16 1 week completed but still now not shipped

I need a refund but no response from the company and it's totally fake

Hi i placed an order on zapvi.in and paid 198 rs i didn't get any tracking details and after writing email there is no response.. also they don't have contact number

I have placed one order on there website and there is no way to contact them for the same. There is no way to create an account to cancel order. There phone number is always switched off. There emails addresses are fake.
They just accept the money and vanish.
I have taken the screenshots of there fraud. Kindly don't even try to buy anything on there website.
Report there instagram, there website. And be safe from these fake site who doesn't provide cash on delivery.

They took the money it's been shown the case is delivered but is not, and more of it I ordered two cases paid for each and it's showing only one in the order list.

Sir i am Sanjoy my wife booked a mobile cover from Zapvi on 8/11/2021 having order no 4216341 and paid the price now they are not responding the mail or call they had cheated many people this type of cheating site should not be exist let other people not be cheated and loss their hard earned money so please take hard action to such type of thives

I placed an order on 11th October in Zapvi. I got a mail on 19th October saying product is delivered but i did not get the product.

I raised a complaint on 19th October 2021 itself saying i hadn't received the order but got a mail saying the order is delivered. It was Zapvi team who said they would check with the shipping department(Xpressbee)

It's been more than 3 weeks since i placed the order and have complained multiple times regarding the same.

Either i need my order or i need my refund.

I had ordered mobile case and charging cable, later when I saw the reviews I came to know that its fake.
how do I get my money back please take a serious action.

I have ordered two personalized mobile cover on 3rd October, 2021. And paid the full amount to Zapvi.in .
10 days past, But my products not delivered yet. Please refund my money, it's hard earned.

I have placed an order for 2 cases. And after 3 days I have received an Email with Tracking Details Xpressbees courier. But Details they've provided is fake. When I called and check with Xpressbees they said the shipping ID is not valid. I tried to call Zapvi several times either number was switched off or Busy and ringing. I also messaged them in Whatsapp. But they never reverted back. I really want to place huge complaints against this...

i ordered a back cover of my mobile phone.
but i din't recieve any conformation about the order.
please take actions in these frauds.

I had ordered 3 covers and 1 screen guard with order Id 3984691
But the cover of redmi note 4 is having a defect as it is not fitting on the phone and also the screen guard that I have received is of OnePlus 5 and not of OnePlus 5t.
I have mailed the company about the same and they told me to make a video for both the items and then I got a reply that they will refund the amount for screen guard but after that there is no reply and even there is no replacement or refund for the same.

I have ordered from them a case for someone's birthday they dont bother to reply or read the mails just reply back with delivery in 2-3 days.
The issue was that i changed the address before it was dispatched and they didnt updated their delivery partners and its almost 10 days and i have to gift it to someone.

I have purchased a product from zapvi and already paid for that. They have sent the product through ecom express who is yet to deliver it..now i find that ecom express have put a OFD lock on the delivery of the goods. And according to the ecom express customer care the lock has been applied by the ecommerce company that is zapvi. They are not cancelling the order and refunding the money nor they are delivering it . instead everyday they are telling that they would be delivering it in 24 hours.

I ordered a phone case 12 days back and after 10 days i got a text that i was unavailable, I've a good connection and i never received a call fron the delivery person. I've been patient and waited few more days and they kept saying you'll receive your order in 24 hrs but no I again never got a call and got a text again sating i was unavailable so i called the delivery person and he straight up refused to come to my area and asked me to come to pick my order which is 10km away from my home.I emailed them and I dmed them ilon instagram but i didn't get a reply.
I want my refund and want to cancel my another order too.
This is so frustrating I'll make sure I'll never biy from this site and will tell my friends too.
