Zapvi — I didn't received my prepaid order and their is no option for refund

I ordered two products from zapvi website and also paid the amount but I didn't received the product. I sent email to their help desk, they told me to wait for 7 days and now they're not replying any of my emails. And the order tracking details showing that the order is returned back to source.
