Zapvi — i order 11d tempered glass but i received ordinary tempered glass and is not also match my mobile model

I ordered vivo v15 pro 11d temper glass for my mobile. Rs-89+40 shipping charge total amount rs-129 debit my account in zapvi on 10/09/2019 i have received on 13/09/2019 but i received ordinery temper glass. That ordinary temper glass is not for my mobile phone model temper glass

So i will contact help line number and customer care number is not working for both number and zapvi website this is also fake website,
