I placed a prepaid order for two mobile covers on 19th April, 2022. On 21st April I got a tracking id for my order. But for the past three days it was showing that the seller initiated delay. Hence on 23rd April I mailed the company regarding the same and they assured to ship it within next 24 hours. When I tracked the tracking id immediately, it showed that the seller has cancelled your order. I again mailed them regarding the same and asked for a refund but they assured that the order was not cancelled and there were some technical issues with shipping, because of which it will be shipped with another tracking id. Today, on 26th as I have not received any update, hence I mailed them once again and they said that they are yet to despatch and asked to track after 4 hours, but no updates yet. It has been 8 days but no satisfactory response has been provided even no promises has been fulfilled.
Either I want the product or the refund at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
