Zapvi — Shipment not delivered while site shows it is delivered

I ordered 4 phn cases on 23rd of feb and it's march 12th now the site shows order was delivered on 6th Feb i have not received anything yet also the order was PREPAID the reply to mail with something useless i don't even asked for
