Zara — Amount debited to citrus solutions but zara cancelled my order as they did not receive payment.

I made payment on Sep 14, for a Zara order. Amount has been debited to Citrus Solutions Pvt ltd, but my Zara order got canceled as they said there was payment pending. I somehow hope you can solve this issue and give me the refund as soon as possible.
