Zara — Amount deducted from account but order not confirmed

I have just placed an order from Zara and i have paid via debit card and the transaction was successful with transaction id[protected] and the amount has been deducted but its showing as payment pending . I have already contacted their customer service and they’ve told me that an auto refund will be initiated. Kindly resolve this issue and would like to know when the deducted amount will be reflected back .
