Zara — Automatic Refund initiated without any notice

I bought few products from Zara online and I was suppose to collect it from the store but due to Covid situation the store was closed. I receive a message from my bank yesterday stating the amount has been credited even though I have not initiated any refund. This people have credited the amount to my credit card where there is no outstanding. I spoke to two executives regarding this and one said we will resolve by giving you a link and you can provide your account details we will credit back to that account and the other said no such thing is available. It's 9, 000 bugs approximately and this has disturbed me a lot. Pathetic service.
