Zara — Crappy delivery and return support

I had ordered few items around 29th of June and estimated delivery day was around 14th of July. Given the weather conditions i was okay to wait for this long but as the date passed, i was left with no choice but to contact the customer support. Each time I asked them to expedite the process, they shrugged off the matter asking me to wait for 48-72 hours. And may I tell even after a week they gave the same excuse that there is some courier issue and I should wait for another 48-72 hours. So I asked them to cancel the order but that too went in vain. Idk if I'll ever receive the order that's sitting in the destination city for more than 15 days.

PS: Since it was a prepaid order so I not only wasted my time but also my money
