Zara — Deducted money but order not confirmed from zara

Hello, I paid 1190 through UPI (below is the screenshot) for a order on zara, the amount has been secured from my account but it’s showing ‘pending payment’ on Zara’s app.
Please refund at the earliest

Updated by Maithili Soni Hello I paid 1190 through upi on Zara’s app on 11th January, 2020.
The money has been deducted from my account but zara still shows as ‘pending payment’
Please refund at the earliest, this is highly disappointing.
