[Resolved]  Zara — Defective Trousers

My name is Rahul. I hav purchased 3 trousers of ZARA MAN from Pune, Pheonix of same pattern and fabric for 1999/- Rs each. 2- green colour 1- blue colour. All three of them worn once and after single wash the cloth got fur sort of threads on entire trouser. I went to the outlet (Pune, Pheonix ) and explained my case to the manager. But they were least concerned and showed no interest. They said if the trouser was in saleable condition they would have taken it which makes no sense, as one cant wear with all tags unremoved. As i had no other option i have thrown it on their faces n came back. Now this is the new way of cheating the consumers. At the time of purchase they shows lots of honour and respect later on they are least bothered. NOW I HAVE REALISED WHY SHOULD PREFER INDIAN BRANDS EVEN IF WE HAVE TO COMPROMISE WITH FASHION TRENDS BUT NOT THE QUALITY. RAHUL JAIN, [protected], Pune.
