Zara — Did not give refund after article being returned

I have returned the article and i have the proof of that even pickup courier company man confirmed it and i raised the request to Zara also four times but they didn't take any action or resolution even after providing the proof that the product was misplaced by their team. I want my refund.
I have returned 6 items but received only refund of 5. I'm attaching the pics send by courier company man.
