I bought 2 dresses from zara gurgaon on 9th june. They are not fitting me well. I want to return or exchange but i have lost the bill. I have been trying to get in touch with zara india customer care since the day i bought the dresses but there has been no revert. All i have received in the name of response is auto generated mails. The custom care department does not respond. The tags are intact, i can get the bank statement as a proof of purchase, i don’t understand what is the problem with exchange. And i just want exchange not a refund. None of the brands have ever troubled me like this. I just want an amicable solution.
