Zara — I am complaining about my purchase at Zara

I placed an order on Zara on 20th June 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
I did the payment through phone pay for which Zara used citrus payment gateway And the amount got deducted from my account but Zara did not received my amount.
So Zara cancelled my order from their side as it showed pending
I haven’t been initiated refund
Refund of 2260

Kindly check and give me my refund of my money at earliest
