The order was placed and cancelled on 6th of January 2022. The company refuses to issue me a refund because according to them they didn't receive it which is totally false. I have the proof of transaction. They have the worst customer service. They don't listen to my complaint when I call their helpline let alone address it. They are clearly running a shopping fraud.
