I returned a pair of Zara shoes to the courier. He opened the box and checked the shoes in front of me. A week after Zara customer care emails me saying they received a Non-Zara item. After calling their customer care everyday for a week they told me I was at fault and they will not give me a refund or exchange. They have scammed me of Rs4000 when the fault is clearly their’s or the Delivery company. Was this information helpful? |
