Hello Team,
I bought a jacket on Friday, 25th Nov which unfortunately doesn’t fit well.
I lost the bill on my way back. The jacket is brand new with all tags intact.
I tried explaining but the exchange billing counter guy wasn’t listening and rude.
I tried calling customer care number as well but no one answered my calls.
Can you please help?
It’s an expensive jacket and is of no use to me if it doesn’t fit well.
