Zara India — Exchange product

I have been a customer of your brand for ages.bought a clothing at your Mumbai store at phoenix market city kurla.need to exchange my product bought last week from fresh stock.have misplaced the bill.
The store wants to seek a day or two to just get an approval for that.
It's very disappointing to know this asthe product is completely in saleable state with pricetags in order and no damage whatsoever.

I wish you do not put me in a state where I would never want to shop your brand ever.
During these covid times all stores are been so cooperative and competitive .your store has always lagged in case of customer service.
