Zara India — Im complaining with an experience in my first order

So I opted for a return and my request is approved on 7 of saturday. But my pickup is has not been attempt yet. The return policy says Pickup will expire in 3 days, I even chat with one agent call Shivangi, But as soon as I explain my needful She ended the chat, and all my mails has not been responded. Is this how to run bussiness? If we cant keep the product and request for return, its for a reason Okay. This is how im never going to purchase anything from zara again. But before that I need my refund of 3990 . So disappointed in my first order
