Zara India — Non payment of extra paid amount

I have made a shopping from zara showroom which is located in Subhash nagar.I made 3 times payment for this order as 2 times made payment has been declined by salesman.But that amount has not been credit back in my account when I contacted my bank they told me that this amount has been credited in zara account.
