I bought 2 items on 2nd January 2022 from Zara app. I've requested for a return request on 13th, 19th, 22th, 25th, January 2022 but no response till now. The customer care agent that I've chat with from their app help centre always give the same standard reason of technical error for non pickup of return request. The company have a return policy of 30 days but they are evading their responsibility which is a fraud on the customers. Was this information helpful? |
