Hi,
I returned 5 items to zara and they were picked up by Ecom express via AWB [protected] and delivered to the Zara warehouse on 14 December. But Zara is denying that they have received the products and are not giving me the refund.
Can you please suggest a way to file a consumer case against zara? Or any other way in which I can get my refund back? Because this is absolute cheating and zara anyway has an extremely bad customer support network. Not able to voice and escalate my concern. Please help out.
