I ordered a dress from Zara which I returned. They rejected my return and refused to refund the money, saying the garment is "damaged". I did not wear the dress even once.

They have not even sent my garment back to me. I do not know how to contact Zara customer care as the number given is wrong.
I have attached below a screenshot of the mail. Can't even reply to this email with my address so how to get my dress back.
