Zara India — The payment was completed through citrus UPI gateway but order is cancelled

While checkout on Zara India app, I chose to pay via UPI and COMPLETED my payment and money was deducted from my bank account, but my payment was not complete and order reflected as pending and eventually got cancelled. And I did not get any text about my refund.
