My package got delivered on the afternoon of 23/10/2021 and I requested for a return because of size issues. I received an email saying an agent will pick it up in 24-48 hours. Kept waiting and no news so I contacted their customer care on 28/10/2021 and again I was assured that it will be picked up in 24-48 hours. No activity for more that 10 days, so I contacted them on the phone on 10/11/2021 and 12/11/2021 and both times I was given the assurance that it will be picked up in 24-48 hours. In the world of Zara 24-48 hours is a month. They are not even giving me a reason as to why it’s not getting picked up and neither are they giving me the option to drop it off at a delivery partner of their choice. I have already informed them that I will be out of station after Nov 16, 2021 and it’s starting to look like they’re just out to create problems for me. Was this information helpful? |
