[Resolved]  Zara — money deducted from account site showed payment pending, not refunded even after cancellation of order

I purchased some kids clothes from zara and chose to pay though upi . Money rs 6160 was deducted from my account but site kept showing’ payment pending’. I called the customer care and cancelled the order on their advice. But money still not refunded, no response, no communication. Please refund the amount asap.Upi reference id[protected].
