[Resolved] Zara — Money deducted while shopping online on zara but order showing payment pending

Hi I’ve placed an order 2 shoes from ZARA's website on 22nd July 2021 via Net banking the payment has been deducted from my account
& Zara is showing payment pending.
I would like to have the amount refunded a Refund or payment successful.
