Zara — No return pickup/no refund

Have been reportedly calling since two months for my order number [protected]
Must have called like 20 times and have heard the case is escalated, for two months no action has been taken.
I infact went till chandigarh and dey said due to our fault the system cant pick return in the store now and we will send someone to pick it but no one has come since then also. extreme inconvenience and harassment
