Zara — Payment not refunded

Hello, I placed an order on Zara Shopping App on 30th June 2021 & the Payment Mode was Selected as UPI (Amount INR 5770/-). I made the Payment, the money instantly got deducted from my account but on Zara the transaction was marked as Failed & hence the payment was showing as Cancelled on Zara Shopping App.

Requesting the concerned authorities to look into the matter & resolve the issue ASAP.

the citrus transaction ID is- OL[protected]
