Bought a top at MRP which tore right at the neck after wearing just twice. However, it had crossed the stated return period duration. I showed it to the store staff and they said they will check with the operations team and get back. They never got back to me. I had to call up atleast 4 times before the store helpdesk staff told me that it will not be possible. I posted a customer service request on their website and also dropped a message on their facebook page last week, but havent received any response yet.
Despite being a regular customer, this time I was very disappointed with the quality of the garment and the service offered.
