I bought a Zara shoes from zara online website. After receiving the product I tried and felt good, so, next day I wore them to office but after wearing for 4-5 hours the shoe started to give irritation at feet and also the sole is too hard to feel. I asked Zara to consider my return but after consulting them for almost 8-10 times they said they can't consider the product as per their rule list. But the item is definitely unsuitable to wear for long time and they did nothing about this. Was this information helpful? |
