Zara — Refund Not Received from Zara After Product Return

I returned a Zara order through the official Zara app over 20 days ago. The return was processed successfully, but I have not received my refund yet.

I have called Zara’s customer care 4-5 times. Each time, I am told that the issue has been escalated and a ticket has been raised, but no timeline is given, and no refund has been issued to date.

This delay is unreasonable and unacceptable for a brand of Zara’s reputation. I am requesting urgent intervention to: Expedite the refund process
