fabric problem

I bought a zara sneaker from phoenix mall lower parel mumbai on 18.10.2018 and after like 10 days the shoe sole sticking from the leather top started to come out. wrong products send and delaying refund

Zara india delivered a wrong product. Aditya we repeated follow ups they picked up the product but again delivered the wrong product.

Refund has been not processed more has any one is ready to come and pick up the wrong products.

Bad quality and customer service

I purchased a pair of shoes from zara palladium store mumbai. After wearing them for not more then 20 days to be precised, the inner lining cloth is torn. After contacting the store, they said they will check with the quality department. Response was that this is not a quality issue neither it has happened with many other customers. Bad Quality
