I bought 2 dresses from zara gurgaon on 9th june. They are not fitting me well. I want to return or exchange but i have lost the bill. I have been trying to get in touch with zara india customer care since the day i bought the dresses but there has been no revert. All i have received in the name of response is auto generated mails. The custom care department does not respond. The tags are intact, i can get the bank statement as a proof of purchase, i don’t understand what is the problem with exchange. And i just want exchange not a refund. None of the brands have ever troubled me like this. I just want an amicable solution.

It has been a month already that i received a mail from zara that my return will be picked up within 24 to 48 hrs but i have been writing to the customer care every week since then but everytime i get a the same reply that they are working on it, it's been four weeks and till now collected the return. I have submitted the return the day i had received as the size was not fitting for me and they have accepted the return as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the shopping site. This kind of customer service is not expected from an international brand like zara.

fabric problem

I have purchase the shirt from the zara store oberoi mall goregaon east on 30th november 2018 and in just few wash shirt is getting teared due to seepage in the fabric. After approaching to the store their store manager mr zain ansari put the case to the concerned person and finally after waiting for more than two weeks he said that it is not been approved.
I was surprised to see the process of analsying the complain by taking the picture of the product and sending to the concerned person which is really shocking. And now he has refused to answer the same on mail or writing. His attitude is also very rude and full of arrogance and they are taking the customer as granted.

bad quality leather jacket

I bought a zara leather jacket 2 years back. I have used it only on few occasions and recently i found the leather worning out. It was an expensive jacket and it is not expected to be of this bad quality from such a manufacturer. I have been using zara products a lot but now it feels like they have taken for granted their consumer base and degrading the quality of their products. If this is not resolved in a proper manner i am in a mood to stop using zara products and convey this incident to my friends as well so that they can atleast spend their money on something which is worth.

This is so disappointing to see brands like zara is totally fooling people.
I have bought one biker jacket from zara through online as the store is very far from my place. Jacket was in the discount section where the price of the jacket was 5490 and i was getting it in 2890, i was really fascinated by the drop of the price and that also zara. I thought it would be great to invest money on this, now i see the same jacket is being sold at different mrp which is 2890 and they have discounted it to 1990.

I bought a zara sneaker from phoenix mall lower parel mumbai on 18.10.2018 and after like 10 days the shoe sole sticking from the leather top started to come out. I went to zara store and replaced it with another shoe model. The same thing happened, within 5 to 6 days the sticking started coming out. Somehow i went again and had a heated arguement with the store manager and they replaced it with the same shoe model. Again the same thing happened. Within 3 days the sole started coming out. I mailed zara the pictures and what they reply is that this is not a shoe problem. That’s it and they never replied me back. Now it’s been more than a month the shoe is in worst condition. The sole has come out from so many places and the sole itself is breaking apart. I tried to mail them again. But they didn’t reply.
I bought the pair for rs 3500. My money went to waste. 😣😣😣😣

Today I went to the store to exchange the product. The manager first checked the product thoroughly and said the product is in the good state but later he refused to offer an exchange as the price tag of the product was missing. In spite of requesting them multiple times, their verdict remains the same.
I am a regular customer of ZARA, there is no loyalty for the customer.ZARA is quite expensive while compared to other brands in the market. This amount of 2, 490 has gone for a toss as cannot use the product.

I thought before step into the zara store and indulge in any kind of argument or word with the staff over there i should raise it to cs team.

I have purchased a shoes worth rs.6000 a month back and I just wore it twice for few hours and after that wrinkles had come to that shoes which is looking extremely bad and of no use anymore, it's not in a condition to wear further and also my foot got injured. I have complained there in customer care they asked to file a complaint in mail I did that. But they did not reply as they said they will get back to us asap. I am calling there from last 3 days, I have sent pictures too in mail but got no reply. They assured to reply in 48hours but didn't do that too. I am calling its customer care on regular basis but not any remedy as such. Today I was being asked talk with supervisor but didn't get satisfactory reply. They are saying they can't help out nothing can be done.
There should be some responsibility on their part too if I am paying 6000rs I want a product which is worth value to that money. Kindly take this matter into consideration and accept my request.

selling torn products & unethical behaviour of the store manager

Bought zara leggings (Inr 2490) on 23-dec-2017. After wearing it for the first time on 31-dec-2017, i noticed it was torn from the front and the stitching was of the poorest quality. On 7-jan-2018, i went to the the store in ambience mall (#gurgaon) and the store manager mr. Bharat bhushan totally denied refunding a damaged product and rather gave us an irrational reason that the product is not re-sellable since the tag was not intact with the item. It was so weird to know that had the tags been intact with the product then he would have been able to resell a damaged product to other customers. Instead of sending the damaged product to the manufacturing unit, he was "rude" enough to say that he needs the tag intact with the product.
I need a full refund of the product back to my debit card i. E. Inr 2490.

Totally true. They don’t have proper customer service. Companies like m&s give u back full refund with no questions asked.
It’s insane trying to buy something with trust these days and land up buying something torn and worn with no courtesy to refunds

Zara india delivered a wrong product. Aditya we repeated follow ups they picked up the product but again delivered the wrong product.
Refund has been not processed more has any one is ready to come and pick up the wrong products.
They do not bother to reply on mail or give any timelines on mail. My hard earned money is stuck with them!!

Bad quality and customer service

I purchased a pair of shoes from zara palladium store mumbai. After wearing them for not more then 20 days to be precised, the inner lining cloth is torn. After contacting the store, they said they will check with the quality department. Response was that this is not a quality issue neither it has happened with many other customers. With some pairs it happened and with some not.
How strange it is.

Bought a shirt from Singapore Zara Man Slim Fit .white self designed . After three month when given for wash it got vertical tear .On check observed that when we the shirt is wet, that time if you rub shirt with hand, it is that shirt fabric is getting weak and has vertical tear in that area .
Seeing the shirt it seems that weaving quality has a issue could be due to that it is getting vertical tear .
I can send the picture and shirt once i the postal address .

After wearing it for the third time without a single wash, i noticed a patch in the garment.
The very next day without a delay i went to the same store having the expectation that they would help me out and give a solution to my problem.
First, i met the manager named sunil there, i showed him the cloth. he gave a receipt and asked me to wait for an hour till the time he speaks to the quality manager.
I waited for an hour and again when i went to the store, some other manager (spoc) was there. i again had to deal with explaining the whole situation to her. i got to know that nothing had happened in that hour and they did not called any of the quality manager, giving me excuse that the manager was not picking up the call. instead she was asking me to come again tomorrow.
On insisting further, she asked me to wait made a call then to someone. after 2 minutes she told me that they cannot help in getting it exchanged and asked me to write to the customer care.
Even if she had called to the quality manger how can she verbally about the cloth without even showing it.
Is the quality check means a verbal communication.
I have always been a loyal customer. i never expected such a rude response from such a renowned brand like zara.

I am writing this mail with the hope that the brand will show it's loyalty towards a customer, please help me in getting my clothexchanged, buying rom zara itelf means, buying a quality product but feels sorry if something like this happens witha cloth.

Hi teamI am regular buyer of Zara products wether its for gifting purpose or my personal use i always prefer Zara however, please note that With grief i would like to share with you extremely treacherous experience I had that I bought a zara black jeggings from Subhash Nagar, Pacific mall month back .In the first wash itself the stich of joints did not work out.It was so embarrassing i wore the same to my office trusting the cloth and it tore from centre line after 2-3 use only . I'm really disappointed with the quality of zara. I have lost my bill as i never expected this could happen . I was so fond of zara but now that it has turned out to be this bad at it's quality of products, I'll have think twice before buying something. This was a brand i trusted the most. The store manager says we can't do anything about it because you don't have the bill. And he says that the product was bought last year however i took this month back .I am attaching the pictures of the condition of jeggings that zara has provide me with.Its a sheer disappointment. I want zara to compensate for it by either refunding my money or exchanging the product.With a hope I visited the store. The store manager at Pacific mall Subhash Nagar clearly denied to exchange the product as they say it must have bought in sale. I bought it for Rs.1680 approximately. He asked me to email again and get the confirmation. He clearly refused to to exchange the product . I felt betrayed trusting ZARA.Also he was very rude and arrogant. A store manager must know how to treat a customer. He disrespected me and behaved as if I am taking anything for free. Poor quality

Bought a top at MRP which tore right at the neck after wearing just twice. However, it had crossed the stated return period duration. I showed it to the store staff and they said they will check with the operations team and get back. They never got back to me. I had to call up atleast 4 times before the store helpdesk staff told me that it will not be possible. I posted a customer service request on their website and also dropped a message on their facebook page last week, but havent received any response yet.
Despite being a regular customer, this time I was very disappointed with the quality of the garment and the service offered.

Quality issue of a trouser

I bought 2 pair of trousers on 15th march 2015 I wore it very late like after 20 days and saw that the stitches are ripped off. I went to Zara store mad met mr. Himalaya for the exchange of the same. He gave me an email I'd and a landline no. [protected]. I have been following up by giving reminders but nobody is responding on the mails. I also called so many times on the no. But either it's not been picked or else somebody will pick the call and say that madam is not on the seat. I don't know how and where to contact. Kindly help in the matter. It's actually very frustrating. I am sorry but I am really fed up.

Money not credited, inefficiency of staff

On 30th of March at around 3pm I went to Zara in Palladium. I took 10 minutes to shop and 25 minutes on billing. My debit card was used to make a purchase in the sum of Rs.10, 350/- only for which I received an alert when it was debited from my bank account. The cashiers on desk were Manju & Mousim. The machine at Zara did not print the receipt and I was not given my shopping even though I showed them the debit alert on my mobile. Another cashier, Ashish arrived, fiddled with the machine and 25 minutes later, we were still on square one. I had to leave for a meeting, gave them my contact number and left.
An hour later they called to say the error was from Zara's side and the amount Rs.10, 350/- will be credited back to my account in 48 hours or I could come back and make the payment yet again and take my shopping. I gave them a piece of my mind. Din't go back. After which I called my bank and informed them of the above happenings.
It is the 11th of April today and the amount has not been credited back to my account. I have called the Zara palladium store on[protected] over 6 times between yesterday and today. I have spoken to Ashish, Azar & Abdul. They have taken my name and number and the debit card number i used too. Each one has something different to say; One says the money has been credited back in 24 hours, one says cheekily i understand your frustrated and one keep transferring the line. They say they will call back they never do.
As of today 6.30pm i have spoken to Parag, again i have spelled out my entire saga, my details and all the above. He did call back to say no one has taken anything forward and due to the weekend I have to wait for Monday 2pm to get a call back. I am appalled at the lack of efficiency, customer care and respect from these terrible store cashiers, managers. I am so put off with this relaying of information and probably done with shopping at Zara India.
I think some training, some screening when you hire, some vocational skills and a tad bit of respect should be taught to the people who work in the Zara stores. I mean Zara is a global high street fashion brand and I am very displeased with their attitude. I want some solutions to my issue.
I am filing in the consumer complaints and a copy of this goes to my bank as well.

I don't know how much happy your in your life. your company is giving as much profit which u haven't thought. when you see a full meal on the dinner table with one bottle of red wine with your family and friends. you fel your self as best and big giant Businessman in the world . Have you ever thought, The people who are running this show, who are on ground level in different countries . Are they Happy with your journey of success. If not then your the same as the other monster, What makes you guys different?
In India, specially Delhi, Do you know what your employees are facing, have you ever asked what your employees getting is good enough for them? NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO
You give them used uniforms, bad conditions shoes, few coins of incentives, and Take so much of hard word, extra hours, in whole 9 hours of shift you guys just have them one hours and change the uniform and then go... what , after what no food no tea break, don't you think, 8 hours folding cloths, maintaining the floor, take energy and efforts for that they need rest and proper food . proper break, why you guys sounds very organised but very much organized in cost cutting i have observed if a staff is not well .n he cant stand properly his superior manager lets him to have a medicines in come to the store.

The Id card which inditex have given is low class material the shoes i[censored] see most of the zara staff wor there own shoes because what company offer to them is used one or new one with cheap and bad material . zara just sell the garment, earn profit and go. why they hire with fake promises
why they dont follow the guideline which governments have made. why take so much of work from employee (most of them are in b/w19- 25 age) All zara staff gets only 16000/- as salary and if you talk about incentive its only in coins 2500/-
if you talk about managers They only get good amount of salary and incentives.
IN ZARA, THEY HAVE MOST HIGHLY JOB LEAVENING RATIO AS COMPARE TO OTHER BRANDS
Let me tell you i am a zara india (inditex) employee i stand 8 to 9 hours and much more . my hands and legs work much more then my brain because we are slavs, if i am sick, still i have to reach to the store and appoint at my respective work
No HR Polices work in delhi NCR
i say, we giv worst customer service, because we don't have training programs on customer services on which retail work, which is image making concept. They just tell you fold and maintain your section

For the past 5 months., getting calls frequently from this number [protected]. that fellow is talking in foul & filthy languages.. it seems that he is targetting for girls... if i'm not supposed to attend the call from his number., he is using some other number to reach me... More over i happened to know that., many other girls are also suffering with this same problem from the same number. please do take the action at the earliest.

Defective Trousers

My name is Rahul. I hav purchased 3 trousers of ZARA MAN from Pune, Pheonix of same pattern and fabric for 1999/- Rs each. 2- green colour 1- blue colour. All three of them worn once and after single wash the cloth got fur sort of threads on entire trouser. I went to the outlet (Pune, Pheonix ) and explained my case to the manager. But they were least concerned and showed no interest. They said if the trouser was in saleable condition they would have taken it which makes no sense, as one cant wear with all tags unremoved. As i had no other option i have thrown it on their faces n came back. Now this is the new way of cheating the consumers. At the time of purchase they shows lots of honour and respect later on they are least bothered. NOW I HAVE REALISED WHY SHOULD PREFER INDIAN BRANDS EVEN IF WE HAVE TO COMPROMISE WITH FASHION TRENDS BUT NOT THE QUALITY.

Poor quality check & horrible customer service

Let me start with a statement from your Zara website: “The customer is at the heart of our unique business model, which includes design, production, distribution and sales through our extensive retail network.” And this is precisely what I felt lacking in the entire experience I had with your product and store service in Mumbai.
The cotton pants that I bought from your Zara store at Palladium Mall in Mumbai, is bleeding color even after 5 months and 12 washes! The blue colored pants have on numerous occasions colored my other dresses with its color and have destroyed them completely. When I took the Zara product to the store and appealed to the staff there, they told me to wash it a couple of times more as the fabric is designed and produced to bleed color! They even had the audacity to inform me with a smirk that since it is a cotton product it will bleed color and that is a fashion garment and as a seasoned shopper I should have known this. Wow! That is how the staff at your store treats and educates the customer, who you claim is at the heart of your unique business model. Your staff should have told me about this washing instruction at my time of purchase. Better still a tag instructing me to wash it ten times ‘separately’ should have been put up on the product.
Zara to me was an aspirational brand always. On my various visits outside of India I had visited Zara stores, in the United States, Dubai, etc. I was attracted to the brand to such an extent that I had become a fan of ‘Zara’. And so when you opened stores in India I was very happy thinking that I will be able to shop at Indian prices for quality fashion products. I never left out an opportunity to visit a Zara store whenever I could and check out the range and designs. Last year on my birthday I coerced my friends to gift me a Zara Shopping Card, which I used to buy a dress and these ill-fated pants! I happily went to your Zara store to shop and, Alas! this was the experience. No doubt the designs were and are still top of the line, but I am sorry to say the quality of the product and your store staff don’t match up to your name.
Now you must be wondering what is that I want. To make it clear, the following is what I expect from the top most global fashion store:
1) Replace these bleeding pants with something that keeps up to your promise and stature.
2) Re-train and educate your store staff on customer management and complaint handing. The staff who attended to my complaint is Nafees at the Zara store at Palladium Mall, Mumbai. He had even promised to call me back within 4 to 5 days and update me on my complaint. It is over a week and the call has not yet come.
3) Have a stringent quality check on your products. And in case of certain specific washing and storing instructions, instruct your staff to inform the customers or tag the products accordingly.
I hope, you being a global responsible company and brand you would take note of the above and do the needful.

NO to exchange a defective pair of shoes

I bought a formal pair of shoes worth 3500 INR in zara,Phoenix mall,Bangalore on
23rd feb 2013.TIN # [protected] is the transaction no of this purchase.The colour faded at a particular area in the left leg in the first
7 days.I tried to exchange it within 15 days of purchase.They denied to take it
back and later sent it to product manager on my request.Finally they denied to
exchange it.I also dint take it back and demanded my money back or a new shoe in
exchange.Its already 1 month now,they dint respond yet.

Rude, Store Manager

Hi,
With reference to my purchase on 16th March,2013 from Zara,Pacific Mall.I had received a confirmation at the billing counter to be refunded or exchanged with my purchase if returned within a month along with the bills.
I had not tried the size earlier and when I went for an exchange on 23rd March (next weekend) I was made to wait at the counter for 45 minutes. Later, the Store Manger just informed me casualy that my purchase cannot be exchanged because it doesnt look fresh and new. When I insisted the Store Manager (Raj )to give me the reason for refusal, he said it is wrinkled and we dont exchange wrinkled clothes. I asked him to show me the rule book. He didnt have any, yet, he just remained rude and exceptionaly impolite and argued. I felt humiliated and as a loyal customer I refuse to be treated such. Iam not only appalled by such behaviour but I also want some strict action to be taken against such untrained managers.
I went with the jeans to another store in Vasant kunj mall and I was treated respectfully and asked if I want money or exchange . They exchanged my purchase without any hassle.
I want the sales and counter person to be trained properly if they represent an international brand because when you spend money you also want to feel the association with the brand.

zara delhi — rude and bad management
I had a very bad experience with Zara(Delhi) few days back I bought a shoe and after wearing it for the fourth time it started losing its pasting which shows that there was a manufacturing defect but the sales team were no ready to except it they told me that they will repair it they gave me a date to collect the shoe but when I went to collect it(Monday) was not fixed they asked me to come the next day (Tuesday) again it was not fixed so i told them that I cannot come every day from gurgaon to take these excuses I asked( rakesh manager of the store) can you please keep the shoe and give me my money back he said (it can’t be done) then I asked him can you keep the shoe and the money he said( yes) so he took the shoe and the bill, now I don’t have the shoe neither the bill and after this I never received a call from them, these were the heights of bad management. I would say worst experience ever. Helpful
