Zara — Refund not received to my bank account

Hi,

This is regarding order number: [protected].
I have not received my refund yet.
It has been 8 months that I'm trying to contact Zara for refund initiation. They asked me to check with citrus payments.
I have checked with my bank as well for the refund. They have not received any refund with respect to my order sum: Rs. 1790.

They asked me to check with citrus refund id OLREFUND[protected]

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
