Zara — Refund not yet credited

I ordered a jacket on 26th november from zara app using UPI payment mode, my amount got debited but order wasn't confirmed. Then again i had to pay and the second time i did payment through debit card and then order was successful. But the amount which was debited for the first time when i paid through UPI hasn't been credited yet it's been more than a month now. And even registered a case on zara with but even then too no refund has been provided yet.
