Zara — Regarding the refund not being initiated

I purchased a bag from zara and it was delivered to me on 15 june 2020. The bag was faulty and was missing a detail for which i returned the said product. As i wasn’t able to make the return request due to some problem in the ifsc code, so i had a conversation with an executive through chat option and the return request was made manually by them.
Return request was accepted on 18th june 2020. And after that i returned the product.
The mails i received from zara - customer service was -
To enter the bank account details so that they can refund the cash being paid. I was having some problem with the ifsc code, so i mailed them regarding the same and again and again they keep on sending me the same link as i mentioned in the chat with an executive and they told me that the link would be different and process would be different.
I received a mail on 26th june 2020 regarding the refund being processed in my account on 24th june but i wasn’t able to enter my bank details due to some problem in the ifsc code. So in which account they transfer the amount? And if i haven’t entered my said details why they’re misleading their customer?
Then, again i received a mail on 29 june 2020 to enter the bank details and i have to wait for 10-14 days for the amount to reflect in my bank.

The mail on 26th june 2020and 29th june 2020 are contradictory to each other.

I waited for 10-14 days or more than that. I mailed them after 14 days regarding my refund and i didn’t get any revert from the customer service of zara.
I tried every option to contact their service -
I called them on their customer service number, which is invalid.
I access there chat option in which the executive left me mid conversation everytime.
I mailed them everyday to understand what is going on. But got no revert.
I went to the store to know if they can refund the amount in person. But they told me to keep on calling the number being provided online.
If the number is invalid or executive leaving customer hanging in the middle during a conversation or getting no revert about the refund they are obligated to pay then how will a customer make a complaint or even ask them for assistance?
