Zara — They haven't refunded my money

I've placed 3 orders on Zara and refunded some items from each order on November 2nd. They haven't refunded my money yet, it's been over a month and for 2 of the orders they claim refund was initiated on 19th itself but my bank says no refund has been received. For one of the orders (the one I returned the earliest in fact), they haven't even sent me an acknowledgment of the return being accepted! It's of a huge value and all items were perfectly intact with tags.

Their customer care on twitter just keeps saying "the relevant team will get back to you" and they're absolutely unbothered, no one gets back. I can't believe a company I loved ordering from is doing this, and has such horrible customer service. I plan to take legal action for this if they don't respond and resolve the issue!
