I transferred money to zara (Citrus solutions pvt ltd) using my google pay account. The amount is paid successfully to citrus solutions pvt ltd ([protected]@axisbank) and i got the reference number id[protected] and is attached herewith. But the status of the transfer is shown 'failed' to zara. I waited for one day for refund but didn't receive. Kindly resolve the complaint and please refund my money. Expecting your response at the earliest
