I placed an order at zara app on 8 December 2021 and the mode of payment was UPI.
I paid the amount through paytm app to the zara payment partner i.e. citrus solutions pvt.ltd.
The amount of ₹17, 560 was debited from my account but the order placing was failed.
As i had to place my new order and repay my payment of ₹17, 560. I request team to refund my payment as soon as possible.
